Before and After the course

CustomerWe send our pre course questionnaires to all delegates attending our Customer Care course. The responses are confidential - We use them to (as much as possible) make sure that the course meets the needs of each delegate.

We also ask delegates to think of examples of good and bad customer service they have received. These experiences are shared with the group over the duration to the course.

All delegates who have attended our Customer Care course are entitled to six months free telephone and email support after the course.
